Aiming to contribute to the dissemination of Portuguese autochthonous breeds, Ruralbit created and maintains a catalog of photographs of animals. These photographs can be used free of charge, as long as they comply with the established operating rules.

The images are selected taking into account both their aesthetic character and their accuracy from a zootechnical point of view. In order to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the images, we have the collaboration of the managing entities of the herd book of each breed. In this way we intend to build a comprehensive but also technically rigorous and relevant catalogue.

We are counting on the collaboration of the users of this catalog to increase the quantity and diversity of images available.
